Lived here for 2 years in a 2 bedroom and den. Nice looking spot that felt comfortable. Never had any issues with noise, etc. as most tenants are retired. Lots of amenities close by. Building manager is great and fixed any issues we had in a timely manner. Bus stop right out front that takes you downtown. Windy area so make sure your bbq cover is tied down.
